RETURN POLICY

Sunglass Shack NZ Ltd offers a 14 Day RTB return policy. RTB refers to the purchaser being responsible for return postage of any item purchased through SGSNZ.COM. 

Sunglass Shack NZ LTD charges a restocking fee for all unwanted items of $5 this covers the original postage and packaging costs as well as inspection and cleaning of returned products.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, therefore we offer a 14 day return option. We will accept the items back within 14 calendars days of receipt. Please inspect all merchandise upon its arrival.

Factory Faults which happen from time to time are 100%  replaced or if you choose refunded with no questions asked.

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN UNWANTED ITEM?

Please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Message us at Returns@SGSNZ.COM for authorization.
2. Pack the products in their original condition, with all the tags and label attached, plastic pouches intact. To protect your return from damage in transit, place the items in a sturdy box.
3. Include a copy of your purchase invoice or the order number and your name.
4. Mail the package to the return address supplied with authorization confirmation.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping, unless items were shipped in error or the order was damaged in transit.

Once the package arrives to our office, it takes up to five business days to process a return, replacement or refund, We can issue store credit or a refund back to the original form of payment.

Please hold on to all the packaging and damaged or incorrect product. Contact us at Returns@SGSNZ.COM within 14 days of receipt of the order to receive further instructions.
