HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You are able to place orders on our secure website. You will not loose any items in your Shopping Cart when you log out. You will be able to estimate shipping costs at any time during shopping. After you submit your order we will notify you of all changes to your order's status.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

In Short, NO. Sunglass Shack NZ Ltd does not currently offer phone ordering.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

At SGSNZ.LTD there is no minimum order size,

SGSNZ.LTD accepts all major credit cards. Please double check and make sure that correct card number is entered without spaces. If you are still experiencing difficulties processing your order, please contact us for assistance.

 

HOW SECURE IS YOUR WEB-SITE?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us. We will reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order with you over the phone. It is important that necessary precautions are taken by protecting your computer from unauthorized use and not revealing the account password to anyone.

HOW CAN I CALCULATE THE SHIPPING?

Sunglass Shack NZ LTD offers a flat rate shipping charge to all customers NZ wide. Once a order is more then $50NZD shipping NZ wide is free.

DO YOU CHARGE ANY HIDDEN HANDLING FEES?

SGSNZ.COM does not disguise any handling fees in the shipping summary.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Most orders placed before 2:00pm will ship the same working day. Some orders of a large size can take longer to process. In the event that additional verifications are required our sales representative will contact you and inform of any questions we might have. Making our service efficient is our priority, therefore you can be assured that your order will be processed and dispatched in a timely and professional manner.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?

DO YOU HAVE YOUR SUNGLASSES IN STOCK?

All products displayed on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

CAN A CUSTOM LOGO BE PLACED ON THE SUNGLASSES?

Any existing styles of sunglasses can be customized with your logo. This is done by placing a special order and manufacturing sunglasses according to your specifications. There is a minimum requirement of 100 dozen per model and a maximum of 4 colors. If more colors are needed the quantity have to be increased by 25 dozen per additional color. The order will be send to our factory with the total turnaround time of approximately 3 months.

DO YOUR SUNGLASSES PROVIDE UV PROTECTION?

All our shades here at Sunglass Shack  have passed FDA inspection with impact resistant lenses that meet the international standard. 
ANS 1S80.3 UV protection standards which reduce infrared rays, absorb 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays. 

Each temple also has the lens category of your shades.
Category 3: Sunglasses, High sun glare reduction, Good UV Protection. 
Category 2: Sunglasses, Medium sun glare reduction, Good UV Protection.

The outside colour of our mirror-coated lenses does not affect your perception of the world around you. E OF

The majority of our sunglasses are made using poly carbonate (PC) plastic lenses.

IS LOCAL PICK-UP AVAILABLE?

Sunglass Shack NZ Ltd is not open to the general public. However, we can arrange pick ups from our pop up stalls which are located in Christchurch and Auckland on a weekly basis.
